“Awesome rotation: This bench is just great for all four strokes and starts and turns. It makes our swimmers more confident, more powerful and they are easily coachable when they see their strokes in the mirror while under stress. I have over sixty swimmers on a circuit and this bench a major reason for our present success.” Rick Rowland, Head Coach Cal Baptist University: Perennial men’s and women’s NAIA National Champions. Rick is seen here with our first rotating bench (also shown with the Halo accessory). Cal Baptist swim and waterpolo teams use our entire circuit.

“We had ten of these back when I coached. These modern ones are stronger, digital, and the fact you can take off the Minigyms and use them on the walls or in squats or for 200 other isokinetic exercises makes them great for teams and individuals on a limited budget, but who still want to reach their potential.” Bob Steele, NCAA Division II Champion coach, former USA Swimming Coach Education Director and author or Games Gimmicks Challenges. Coach Steele is also on our creative board of directors and helped with the rotation of our bench.

With your help, we did it! We now have 12 features no other bench has. This is the first and only functional bench that rotates. But that’s just the beginning!

“Great improvements. Now they are digital, can be adjusted for butterfly and breaststroke, and they rotate for free and back. Great work!” Pete Malone shown here with Glen Henson, who invented the original Swim Bench and Mini Gyms with Doc Counsilman. Pete is Head Coach of Kansas City Blazers, Senior Chairman of USA Swimming, and used the isokinetic swim bench when Doc and Glen first released them in the seventies. He doesn’t look over thrity-five to us! Must be the coaching lifestyle.

“ Excellent! We used to have a whole wall of these and now they are improved dramatically. You should also be advertising in triathlon magazines. Triathletes are always looking for ways to improve at home.” George Block, Head Coach of Alamo Area Aquatics, former President of ASCA and on the board of USA Swimming.
