The Kicker uses Stroops Slastics for resistance in both directions to help you develop an unbeatable kick in flutter and dolphin. This helps runners and cyclists bridge the gap between being generally fit to working the exact muscles at the exact angles needed for success in the water. Add more Slastics for progressively greater power.
Slastics are a better and far safer tubing. The tubing is better rubber and we cover it with comfortable and safe weatherproof cloth. Custom lengths and thicknesses or let our biomechanists put together a kit for you. We use Slastics instead of dangerous tubing for all our swimming products.
The Plyotramp is a fun way to build power and endurance in the legs, the core, and the upper body too. Throw med balls at the Plyotramp and there’s no waiting for it to come back! Use our Finis Circuit trainer and set a time for each exercise for a full circuit of abs and core, jumps, triceps pushes, etc. Safety bar, fully adjustable. Spring cover included.
The Sweeper builds lateral power and balance in your shoulders and arms. This motion is not easily reproduced in a weight room. Simply stand on the Sweeper and bend and pull the handles toward you. For shoulder balance critical to healthy shoulders, switch hands and pull. Both “sweeps” can be done at full swimming speed.
