Designing a circuit for maximum improvement is not only a challenge for a team, it varies by groups and individuals. We make it easy by putting the DVD together by joints. So, if you see a need to improve the ankles you just got there and find exercises that look like what you’re trying to do. What I would get: I invented the rotation, so for $150 I’d add that on. If I coached a team, I’d get an extra 190 or 101 Minigym for the front plate already on the bench, so someone could do legs or curls, etc. If I didn’t have a wall I could put two bolts into for a bracket., I’d get the tall bar to add to the front of the bench for pull downs, triceps pushes, etc. Then I’d check out the bars and straps. If I had a really good budget and swimmers who rely on starts and turns, I’d get a leaper for sure. Ten inches of vertical jump is worth it! For a small team I’d get the Athletic Leaper for 2800. With a large powerful team I’d get the full sized Leaper. I’d get a mirror too, so swimmers can see their strokes. It’s amazing how much a simple swim bench, designed to allow the Minigyms to slide off and go on the floor, or wall can save shoulders and transform a team or person from pretty good to really good in one day.
