    We can’t count how many times we were holding stop watches calling out intervals for dryland and water circuits and intervals that we could have been free to coach using one of these.

    Program the amount of time in action and the amount of time between bouts or stations. Hit start and let the Circuit trainer hold them on interval. Frees coaches to coach and is great for coaching yourself too if you’re a masters swimmer, triathlete, weight lifter, etc. Worth every penny. Plug it in our use the batteries. Water resistant too.
